NBC’s Quantum Leap gets a huge gallery of promotional images

Ahead of the series premiere next Monday, NBC has released a large batch of promotional images for its upcoming quantum leap re-release, which picks up some thirty years after Sam Beckett’s disappearance and sees Raymond Lee stepping on the Quantum Leap accelerator and disappearing as our new protagonist, Dr. Ben Song. Take a look at the images here…

It’s been nearly 30 years since Dr. Sam Beckett stepped on the Quantum Leap accelerator and disappeared. Now, a new team, led by physicist Ben Song (Raymond Lee), has been assembled to restart the project in hopes of understanding the mysteries behind the machine and the man who created it. Everything changes, however, when Ben makes an unauthorized leap into the past, leaving the team behind to solve the mystery of why he did it. Alongside Ben during his jumps is Addison (Caitlin Bassett), who appears in the form of a hologram that only Ben can see and hear. She is a decorated Army veteran who brings no-nonsense precision to her work.

In charge of the highly classified operation is Herbert “Magic” Williams (Ernie Hudson), a sensible career military man who has to answer to his bosses who won’t be happy when they learn of the protocol breach. The rest of the team at headquarters includes Ian Wright (Mason Alexander Park), who runs the “Ziggy” AI unit, and Jenn Chou (Nanrisa Lee), who leads the project’s digital security. As Ben bounces from life to life, righting what once went wrong, it’s clear that he and the team are on an exciting journey. However, Addison, Magic, Ian and Jenn know that if they want to solve the mystery of Ben’s jump and bring him home, they must act fast or lose him forever.
