Man catches fire at London tennis court where Roger Federer is due to play his final match

Stefanos Tsitsipas and Diego Schwartzman’s Laver Cup match was briefly halted on Friday afternoon after a man set his arm on fire in protest of the use of private jets in Britain.

Tsitsipas of Greece was playing against his Argentine opponent at the O2 Arena in London when the unidentified man stormed the court wearing a T-shirt that read “Stop UK private jets”.

Swiss great Roger Federer is set to take to the court later in the day for the final match of his career, with the 41-year-old teaming up with great rival Rafa Nadal to take on American duo Jack Sock and Frances Tiafoe.

The photos showed the man’s arm engulfed in flames.

He was quickly removed from the court by security before play resumed.

This is a breakup story. Check back for updates.
