The episode picks up right where the show left us last week. Jen is sued for using the name She-Hulk, which Titania has registered. She is further annoyed to find out that Titania is using the She-Hulk name to sell a line of beauty products of hers. Nikki and Jen try to visit Titania and convince her to drop the legal proceedings and abandon the She-Hulk name, but this is to no avail as Titania seems quite adamant about it.

At GLK&H, Holliway assigns Mallory Book as Jen’s attorney for the case against Titania. Four of Jen’s escorts, including Arthur, appear in court and testify in favor. However, they all say it’s She-Hulk they’re interested in, not Jen. That doesn’t stop Jen from proving that she was the one who originally used the name “She-Hulk” long before Titania trademarked it. The judge rules in Jen’s favor. To celebrate, Jen goes out drinking with Mallory.
