Prosecutors alleged that Cardi B threw bottles of champagne at two sisters, known as Jade and Baddie Gi, who were waitresses at the Angels Strip Club in Queens.

They also claimed that the WAP star ordered his team to attack them with chairs, according to TMZ.

The outlet reported that Cardi B believed one of the bartenders was having an alleged affair with her husband, Offset.

Cardi B pleaded guilty to third-degree assault and second-degree reckless threat.

She was one of ten people charged with assault.

The request comes years after sources close to the star told TMZ she was not involved in the attack.

A lawyer for the sisters told Variety in 2018: “If [Cardi is] a famous rapper or an ordinary street, should be held accountable for their criminal actions.

Cardi B avoided prison but will have to do 15 days of community service.

She said: “As a mother, it’s a practice I’m trying to instill in my children, but the example starts with me.

“I’ve made some bad decisions in my past that I’m not afraid to face and acknowledge.

“These moments don’t define me and they don’t reflect who I am now.”

Cardi B admitted that she is “looking forward” to getting over the situation.
